Three-Pass-Trek is legendary for its thrilling experience in the Everest region of Nepal, which provides you with amazing topography of the entire snow-capped peaks that rises along with the stunning views of Mt. Everest, Cho-Oyu, Makalu, and Lhotse. The trek offers you the exciting experience of the varied cultural and religious values of the Nepalese people. During the journey, we will cross 5000 meters’ of passes including Kongma La (5535m), Chola Pass (5420m), and Renjo La (5446m).
Furthermore, we will have various opportunities to experience the exhilarating views of four famous mountains of Nepal; Mt. Everest (8849m), Lhotse (8516m), Malaku (8463m), and Cho-Oyu (8201m). The trek provides chances to visit eight superb destinations over 5000 meters, namely Nangkartshang Ri (5083m), Chukung Ri, Kongma La, Everest Base Camp, Kalapattar, Chola Pass, Gokyo Ri, and Renjo La. The stunning views of Namche Bazaar, Chhukung Ri, Everest Base Camp, Kalapattar, Gokyo Lakes, Gokyo Ri, and Renjo La and so many opportunities throughout the trail make your journey one of the most unforgettable memories in your life. Besides the beautiful views of the mountains, we will get the chance to experience the unique lifestyle of the Sherpa People. There is a beautiful Sherpa village in Maralung and the ancient monastery of Thame village, which provides you wonderful opportunities to feel uniqueness.
The journey begins with an exhilarating flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Along the trail, we will stay at Namche Bazaar got acclimatize and complete our trail by coming down to Lukla via Thame village by making a big circle. In summary, the trek to Three Pass in Khumbu covers most of the areas of the Everest Region and gives chances to experience it by visiting physically. However, it is a demanding trek so you need to be a good adventurer.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive to Kathmandu and then transfer to the Hotel


You will be greeted by a representative of Rai Treks and Expedition Pvt Ltd; at the Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival to the country of breathtaking mountains and the city of temples. Our personnel will accompany you to your Hotel room for the night. In the evening, we will host a dinner program and advise you on the trekking itinerary in a traditional Nepali restaurant

Day 2: Guided sightseeing in Kathmandu and trek preparation day in Kathmandu and trek preparation Day in Kathmandu


Day 3: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Monjo (2840m)


Day 4: Trek to Namche (3,400m), 3-4 hours of walking


Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar


Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3867m) from Namche


Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4410m) from Tengboche


Day 8: Acclimatization day in Dingboche


Day 9: Trek to Chhukung village (4730m)


Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4930m) via Khongma La (5535m)


Day 11: Trek to Gorakshep (5180m) – carry on to Base Camp after lunch. Retrace back to Gorakshep for overnight


Day 12: Early morning excursion to Kalapattar (5545m) and back to Gorakshep and trek to Dzongla (4830m) after breakfast


Day 13: Trek to Dragnag (4680m) via Chola Pass (5420m)


Day 14: Trek to Gokyo Lake (4850m)


Day 15: Early excursion to Gokyo Ri (5357m) - Balance day; Explore around Gokyo or Rest


Day 16: Trek to Lungdhen (4380m) via Renjo La (5446m) from Gokyo


Day 17: Trek to Thame (3800m)


Day 18: Trek back to Monjo


Day 19: Trek back to Lukla


Day 20: Fly back to Kathmandu


Day 21: Independent sightseeing and shopping


Day 22: Final departure for your home country
